Leonard Kreimer serves as Chief Executive Officer of Area Capital, where he oversees the firm's strategic direction, investment activities, and long-term growth initiatives. With more than two decades of experience across real estate development, capital markets, and alternative investments, Leonard leads the firm's capital allocation, transaction execution, and platform development strategies.

In addition to his role at Area Capital, Leonard serves as Chief Investment Officer of Fulton Street Companies, a Chicago based real estate investment and development platform, Chief Executive Officer of Credit Express Inc., an asset-based lending platform focused on structured private credit solutions, and Co-Managing Partner of Adelon Innovations, a platform focused on intellectual property strategy and patent related investment opportunities.

His leadership across these platforms reflects a consistent focus on operational discipline, strategic growth, and the development of diversified investment businesses. Leonard holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
